A lifelong Pope County resident, Todd built a 25-year career in banking — rising to Market President and Chief Lending Officer — before earning his Arkansas Residential Appraiser license in 2025. He was the first in Arkansas and 25th nationally to complete the PAREA training pathway. Today he brings that financial depth to every appraisal and real estate transaction.
