A lifelong Pope County resident, Todd grew up in Dover and earned his Economics and Finance degree from Arkansas Tech University in 1997 — the beginning of a career defined by financial depth and community commitment.

Over the next 25 years, Todd rose through the ranks of banking to serve as Market President and Chief Lending Officer, overseeing commercial and residential lending across a tri-county area. He managed portfolios encompassing commercial construction, agricultural properties, residential development, and complex commercial appraisals — giving him a perspective on real estate value that very few agents anywhere can match.

In 2025, Todd completed his Arkansas Residential Appraiser license through the PAREA training pathway — becoming the first in the state and 25th nationally to do so. He founded Patron Appraisal & Consulting, LLC, bringing that same financial rigor to residential valuations, land opinions, and construction inspections.

Today Todd works alongside Julie as a licensed real estate agent with Moore & Company Realtors, bringing banking networks, appraisal expertise, and 25 years of deal-making experience to every transaction.

After earning her degree in Health Information Management from Arkansas Tech University in 1998, Julie spent 15 years building and operating The Dandy Lion — a Russellville retail business that sharpened her skills in merchandising, customer experience, and brand-building. Julie joined Moore & Company Realtors as a licensed real estate agent in October 2024, bringing with her 25 years of involvement with Spear Auctioneers — the family business she now co-owns with her father, Richard Spear. Spear Auctioneers has operated in the River Valley since 1984 and offers live and online auction services for personal property, farm equipment, collections, antiques, and real estate with a nationwide reach.
